There is a catchup meeting planned to look at the possibilities of restarting follow on classes for Escape Pain whilst we seek more funding to restart the programme.
Escape Pain is a six-week programme specifically designed for those affected by arthritis. You will attend two sessions per week that will include education and exercise. Our friendly instructors will lead you through the sociable sessions providing plenty of support and encouragement.
There is also an Escape Pain Follow Up class for all those who have previously attended and completed the Escape Pain six-week programme. This instructor led class is a perfect next step for the Escape Pain graduates to help you continue to go from strength to strength as well as having fun with others.
