Women's Only Circuits

We understand that for women in particular, attending a class for the first time, or participating in exercise, can be extremely daunting. That’s why we’ve create Women’s Only Circuits where you can take part in stretching, a weighted circuit routine, indoor bike, rowing machine and more!

Fitness expert Emma Ratter, will be on hand for an informal chat about health and wellbeing, and give you advice on how exercise can become part of your daily routine.

These sessions are included in an ActiveLife membership, or PAYG, and your first session is free. Check our online booking system to find out the class time and to book, and check in at reception or at the Quick Ticket Machine on arrival.
