Customer Service Advisor (1 x 20hrs position, 1 x casual position)
You will be expected to undertake all reception duties in an efficient manner, in order to exceed customers’ expectations.  You must have the ability to apply up to date knowledge of all products and services when dealing with customer enquiries in order to maximise sales.  Providing excellent customer service is paramount.

Holiday Programme Activity Leader
To be one of a team delivering holiday programme activities to children generally between 5-12 years old (older age activities may be included).  Post holders must be able to engage positively with children, and parents where required, to ensure that an excellent programme and service is delivered.

Reporting to the Holiday Programme Co-ordinator, post holders will help to ensure that the programme operates to high operational and customer service standards, particularly in relation to health and safety.

The ability to work effectively with children in a positive and friendly manner is essential, along with the ability to be versatile and adaptable.

Lifeguard (casual)
To effectively carry out the operational procedures of the swimming pools and health suite, along with dry side operations as required, ensuring the comfort, safety, supervision and enjoyment of all customers.

To be responsible for teaching a co-ordinated programme which aims to develop the fundamental skills of gymnastics within the children’s gymnastics programme and specific user group sessions.

To deliver a range of high quality gymnastic opportunities in a engaging and positive manner that is progressive and reflective of the needs of the Orkney Community.

Swimming Instructor
To be responsible for teaching a co-ordinated programme which aims to develop the fundamental skills of swimming within the children’s learn to swim programme, adult swim classes and specific user group sessions.
