Bring your motivation and energy for a quick half hour of cycle fit and enjoy a morning workout.

BodyPump

This strength endurance workout incorporates barbells and adjustable weights with highly motivational music to maximise the experience and delivers a fantastic all over body workout.

BodyBalance

Giving individual focus on flexibility, strength and controlled breathing. Combining Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi leaving you feeling relaxed and renewed.

Aqua Zumba Light
Mar 25 @ 11:30 am – 12:15 pm

A slightly slower and gentler version of the popular aquatic Latin-inspired dance class. It’s easy to follow and because your weight in supported in the water it has little impact on joints. Great fun and makes working out a splash!

Walking Football
Mar 25 @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Walking football is a variant of association football and an excellent way of staying fit and healthy. For older people, it has proven to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke while improving blood pressure. Although a low impact sport, the game produces high aerobic activity and improves balance, strength and stamina, all the while having fun with a like-minded group of people.

Boxing Circuits

Boxing circuits is a high energy, boxing based interval training class designed to improve overall fitness and burn fat fast. (Suitable for all fitness levels)

BodyCombat
Mar 25 @ 5:30 pm – 6:15 pm

Combing moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like karate and boxing into an energetic routine using music and choreography.

Zumba Fitness
Mar 25 @ 6:30 pm – 7:15 pm

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations making this a fantastic dance-based fitness workout. Zumba is a fun aerobic workout suitable for people of all ages.

Circuits
Mar 26 @ 7:00 am – 7:45 am

A combination of strength and cardio exercises with short, rapid movement between intervals. Using bodyweight, dumbbells and kettle bells, this class is designed to improve strength and endurance while burning calories to give you a full body workout. Circuits is suitable for all levels.

Fit ‘n’ 50+

A safe and effective low impact workout with seated strength work to fun, motivating music.
