Aqua Walking
Feb 27 @ 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm

Aqua Walking is a low impact exercise that offers a water aerobics workout. The water’s buoyancy helps supports the body’s weight, which reduces stress on joints and minimizes pain. It can also help with recovery from illness and injury and improve general fitness.

Combing moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like karate and boxing into an energetic routine using music and choreography.

Fitness Pilates

The only Fitness Pilates class in Orkney! This is Pilates with added intensity. Delivering functional fitness variations of the traditional Pilates movements – this is great for your core!

A Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to give you a great workout. You don’t have to be a good dancer to join the Zumba party!
