A high-intense exercise class where resolve and determination give you the best workout. The exercises range from press ups and sit ups to bear crawls and jump squats. Bootcamp offers varying exercises each week where attendees compete to win. At the end of the class, the scores are added and the winning individual or team chooses the final exercise for the others to complete. This class will suit people that want to fit a quick cardio and strength workout into their lunch hour.
