‘Orkney is different, it’s not like the mainland at all. It’s more sophisticated, you should go. Go to the Pickaquoy campsite in Kirkwall, it’s fabulous.’

‘It was by far the best camping facility we had come across.’

‘Probably the best campsite I have been to in the UK’
Ellie Bennett – Mud, Sweat and Gears

Welcome to Orkney’s largest caravan and camping park, located at The Pickaquoy Centre and only a short walk from the town centre. This VisitScotland 4-star Touring Park has facilities for 80 pitches, of which 28 have electric hook-ups and hard standings.
