The flowing routines done to music can improve cardio vascular fitness and increase stamina as well as providing a balanced fitness routine. Breathing with movement massages the organs acting as a detox and is scientifically proven to reduce the effect of stress.

BarreConcept classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre or a chair can be used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

In each class you’ll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG by Zumba® instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.
